Wood Destroying Insect Service Agreement

Cost: $65.00 (Good for 1 year from date of closing and covers any infestation of wood destroying insects discovered during a pre-sale inspection, for a minimal deductible.)

Pre-Sale Benefit

Post-Sale Benefit

• Relieves liability to seller after the sale by creating a wall between the seller and buyer in case some infestation is discovered within a year after the sale, but not discovered during the inspection, they simply call GICO and we resolve their problem.
